So after staying up for 24 hours straight playing Gears in the Emergence Day tournament I am exhausted. I played the entire time only pausing 3 times to use the bathroom. It was one hell of a day. At the end of it all I ended up being number 60 on the leaderboards for the tournament. This does not get me anything special but feels damn good as there were roughly 60,000 people playing warzone at the time. So 60 out of almost 60,000 is the top .001 percent if my calculations are correct. No prize but a bit of pride there anyway. Which means I roughly played better than 99.999 percent of the players out there :) not too shabby at all if I must say so myself. Looking at the entire Gears online community with all online game modes not just warzone (which is what the tournament was based on) I came in overall outside the tournament as number 148 of 104,000 people online total playing gears. Which is uh... about the same actually top .0014. So roughly I beat out 99.9996 percent of the players. So I can at least walk away feeling good about it. Also I met some amazing people online and had a blast. What bad can be said about 24 hours of the most amazing multiplayer shooter in the universe??? For all those the played with or against me thanks for a great time people! I look forward to more more more in the future.
